Hi all!
I hope you’re all enjoying the last weeks of term! I am writing this to you from the fab Charney Manor in Oxfordshire, where I am at a writers’ retreat with lots of lovely writers of children’s and YA books. As you can imagine there has been lots of: singing, laughing, eating, walking, talking, leaping around doing drama and improvised comedy, oh, and yes… a bit of writing has occurred too. It’s wonderful to get together with other authors from all over the country (and beyond!). Here are some snaps for you – can you find any of your fave authors in them, or perhaps spot some best-loved books? Kellyxx
Lovely pics, Kelly – I was so sad to miss it this year!
Hi Jen, oh and we missed you too! I didn’t get lost on that walk this time, though! xx
Lovely!
Thanks Joan, yes it really, really was! I have got a fab stash of books to remind me of all the lovely people too! xx
Not looking, not looking! Seriously, glad you had/are still having such a fine time and will go and make coffee to drive away the not-there pangs.
Hi Penny, it was so lovely, but we missed you! A round of the spider song would have been great! xx
